Ambassadors

The mission of the Douglas County EDC Chamber's Ambassadors is to welcome, educate and connect. The purpose of the Ambassador Program is to serve as a resource/liaison between the organization, its members and the local business community. This group promotes collaboration, cooperation and partnership among the Ambassador group, chamber members and the business community.

The Ambassador program is essential in four areas:
Representing the chamber in the community and to the membership
Helping to Recruit new members and participants
Strengthen awareness of chamber benefits
Increasing membership retention rates

The Ambassadors are our organization's premier volunteer program composed of high-energy, outgoing and dynamic business men and women. Ambassadors are carefully selected and, as a result, the group is comprised of highly respected individuals. Ambassadors are engaged chamber members who enjoy networking and meeting new people, value relationships and believe and support the efforts of the organization.
